Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your total. Depending on how late you are, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. No-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
